Have you changed your mind?
You can return a product at your own cost within 07-days of the delivery of your purchase to our warehouse. The date of delivery counts as Day 1.

Returns will be refunded or exchanged if unused and in its original packaging (unopened) with your original proof of purchase.
> If the original packaging is damaged, one of our assessors will assess the condition of the product and provide a recommended refund amount in proportion to the original purchase price (promotional pricing not included) should any repairs for damages to the product be required so that the product can be re-sold.
> Should you not accept the recommended refund amount then you are more than welcome to arrange at your own cost for the re-collection of your purchased item; or; if you’d like for us to redeliver the product to you, we will gladly quote you for delivery accordingly.
> Should your product be opened but unused, a 20% handling charge of the original selling price of the product (purchase/promotional pricing not included) will be levied to defray administration and re-packaging costs.
Is your product defective/damaged?
You can return a product within 30-days of purchase – please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our dedicated staff members will assist you in the return of your product.
Defective returns will be attempted to be repaired by our factory as the first point of protocol. Should a repair not be possible, only then will we offer you an exchange or refund. This process may take between 10-20 working days depending on your area.
Products that CANNOT be returned/refunded
> Custom/Purpose Manufactured products according to your specifications.
> Personalized Coloured Products (Not listed in our Standard Colour Options)
> Products damaged by lightning or any other act of nature.
> Products damaged during transit when collected by you or your chosen courier method.
> Products not used in terms of the product’s user manual or purposefully damaged.
> Products that are damaged due to improper installation, or installation performed by unqualified and/or uncertified individuals or companies.
> D.I.Y (Do It Yourself) installations are strictly prohibited on any of our products and are not covered under any circumstances by our Product Guarantee or Returns and Refunds policy.
Are you being refunded?
Kindly note that refunds may take up to 14 working days to reflect in your bank account.
EFT payments are subject to verification of your banking details and takes up to 10 days to reflect in your bank account.
